Founder & CEO

Dan Olson is the Founder and CEO of JAG Group, bringing over 40 years of experience across the agricultural ecosystem, with deep expertise in sustainability, market development, and strategic partnerships. At JAG Group, he leads the team in helping farmers, producers, and agribusinesses turn sustainability and operational data into real economic value and better decisions. Prior to JAG, Dan served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Relationships at Indigo Ag, where he drove growth in carbon, Scope 3, biologics, and biofuels initiatives.

Brad Justice

Sustainability Metrics & Strategy

Brad Justice supports JAG Group's sustainability work, bringing deep experience in agricultural value chain sustainability, ecosystem services, and sustainability modeling. A former CEO of Soil Metrics (acquired by Indigo Ag), he helps translate complex field-level data and incentives into practical programs that create measurable value for farmers and partners across the supply chain.
