SMS Consent and Opt-In Policy
Effective Date: June 3, 2026
JAG AG Group Inc. sends non-marketing SMS messages to existing customers, growers, producers, suppliers, and business contacts who are already working with JAG AG Group Inc. or one of our client organizations on 45Z and/or LCFS attestation documentation.
SMS messages may include attestation links or instructions, documentation requests, reminders, missing information requests, status updates, and support related to completing 45Z and/or LCFS attestations.
How Consent Is Collected
Before SMS messages are sent, JAG AG Group Inc. collects verbal consent from the recipient by phone, video call, or in person.
A JAG AG Group Inc. representative explains that the text messages are related to 45Z and/or LCFS attestation documentation, reminders, status updates, missing information requests, and support.
The recipient is informed that message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, they can reply STOP to opt out, and they can reply HELP for help.
The recipient must provide a clear affirmative response before SMS messages are sent.

"Because you are working with JAG AG Group Inc. or one of our client organizations on 45Z and/or LCFS attestation documentation, we may need to send you text messages related to completing attestations, requesting required information, sending reminders, providing status updates, and supporting the attestation process.

Message frequency may vary depending on the status of your attestation or documentation. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and reply HELP for help. How Consent Is Stored
Consent is recorded in our customer, project, or attestation management system. Consent records may include:
- Recipient name
- Mobile phone number
- Date and time of consent
- Method of consent
- Representative who collected consent
- Associated client or project
- Confirmation that the recipient agreed to receive 45Z and/or LCFS attestation-related SMS messages
Opt-Out Instructions
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After a recipient replies STOP, they will no longer receive SMS messages unless they opt in again.
Recipients can reply HELP for assistance.
